As an environmentally friendly campground, one of Sierra Calderona’s main concerns is respect for nature. All the facilities are designed for integration into the natural environment, with as little visual impact as possible. Even the ancient stone terraces, built by our ancestors, have been preserved.

At Sierra Calderona’s café and restaurant, visitors can sample traditional local cuisine, such as excellent grilled meats or Valencian paella cooked over a pine wood fire. Our large dining area features a chimney and an excellent panoramic view. For those who prefer to cook for themselves, we also have a variety of skillets on hand and can provide barbecues and firewood. A shop inside the grounds sells food and camping gear.

A recreational area for children and adolescents offers games, activities and lots of space to play, as well as swings, slides and a small football field.

Sierra Calderona also features two swimming pools monitored by qualified lifeguards: one is a 990 m2 beach-like “zero depth entry” pool, while the other is a 200 m2 splash pool where smaller children can play in total safety.
